How do I remove the Non-Internet Surcharge from my account?

If you are an Optimum Mobile customer who also has Optimum Internet service, you can save via Internet + Mobile Savings, while also removing the Non-Internet Surcharge from your account.

To do this, sign in to MyMobile and share your Internet account number. You will only need to do this once, even if you add lines or adjust your services in the future.


1. Sign in to MyMobile

2. Tap My Account


3. Tap Internet + Mobile Savings


4. Tap Yes, I have an account


5. Enter the 13-digit Optimum Internet account number and tap Sign up.
