The answer to this question depends on where you’re making calls.

You can leave Group A turned on as you already have it — no further action is needed from you.

I only call the Dominican Republic.
You will want to turn Group A off, and turn on Group B.
Here are the steps you’ll want to take:
- Visit https://mymobile.optimum.com
- Go to My Lines and select the line you’d like to modify
- Select My add-ons and then Manage international
- Toggle on Group B for the Dominican Republic.
- To call and text Canada and Mexico, keep Group A toggled on as well. To end call and text to Canada and Mexico, toggle off Group A.
- Continue to enjoy connecting with family and friends in the Dominican Republic and beyond!
