To unlock a device you want to bring to Optimum Mobile you must contact your current carrier. Generally, the phone must not be reported as lost or stolen and be paid off in full with the associated account in good standing before a carrier will complete your unlock request.
Device Compatibility
Before you make a request, check to make sure your device is compatible with Optimum Mobile.
For Samsung devices, only those purchased directly from Samsung, or national retailers like Best Buy or Amazon are eligible.
