I lost my phone or my phone was stolen. What do I do now?

If you lost your phone, we recommend using the Apple and Android services available that can assist with locating the missing device.  These services can also be used to lock the device so no one can use the device and/or delete all content from the device remotely.  These services must be enabled prior to the phone being lost in order to properly work.

As an added extra measure of security, you can chat with an Optimum Mobile expert to temporarily suspend your mobile service for the specific telephone # for up to 90 days until you find your phone, or decide to transfer service to a new one.
