Wi-Fi Calling

Wi-Fi calling is included at no additional charge and it enables you to place and receive calls when in locations where the LTE Network has a weak signal or is not available. Having Wi-Fi calling enabled improves call quality and reduces dropped calls.

Turn on Wi-Fi Calling

First-time users may be required to register a U.S. address prior to the service being used. The address entered determines how a 911 call is routed. This information will be used if you are unable to report your physical location or you call 911 using Wi-Fi Calling.

If you are traveling abroad, WiFi calling must be turned on by an Optimum Mobile Expert.  Simply Message us to enable it and get the best call quality even when you are traveling.
