Benefits of WiFi Assist
• WiFi Assist automatically switches to LTE/5G Data when your local Wi-Fi is too weak or slow
Turn On/Off Wi-Fi Calling
1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Phone
3. Tap Wi-Fi Calling
4. Turn On/Off:
• Turn On: Tap or slide Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone (slider will be green)
• Turn Off: Tap or slide Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone (slider will be grey)
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your home US address in the event you need to call 911

1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Cellular
3. Scroll down to the bottom to locate Wi-Fi Assist
4. Turn On/Off:
• Turn On: Tap or slide Wi-Fi Assist (slider will be green)
• Turn Off: Tap or slide Wi-Fi Assist (slider will be grey)
Wi-Fi Calling Troubleshooting
• Turn Wi-Fi Calling Off, then On
• Verify your phone is up-to-date with the latest software version
• Restart your phone - If you have recently returned from traveling to another country, you must restart your phone
• Verify you have a strong WiFi connection - If not, disable WiFi Calling and use LTE/5G
• Connect to a different WiFi network - Not all routers work properly with Wi-Fi Calling
• Reset your network settings
