For mobile customers who sign up with a new line of service or change their service plan after August 1, 2022, your lowest price is your plan charges. If no Optimum Internet service can be tied to this account, these lines will receive a Non-Internet Customer Surcharge of $20 / month per line.
Those who signed up between September 13, 2020, and July 31, 2022, with linked Optimum Internet accounts, will see Internet + Mobile Savings on each line based on their mobile data plan.
All customers eligible for Internet + Mobile Savings, regardless of their sign-up period, will see a discount on their Optimum Internet bill based on their internet speed. Visit Optimum.net and tap My bill to view your Internet + Mobile Savings.
See examples of different bill types below:
- I have the Loyalty discount on one or more of my lines and added a line after August 1, 2022.
- I had the Loyalty discount, and I received a surcharge on the line I added after August 1, 2022.
- I had Internet + Mobile Savings and Multi-line discount and added a line after August 1, 2022.
- I have lines with the Loyalty discount and Internet + Mobile Savings and added a line after August 1, 2021.
