What’s the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)?

Optimum and Suddenlink are proudly participating in the Federal Government’s Affordable Connectivity Program, a longer-term $14 billion program that replaced the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) Program, by offering affordable connectivity benefits on any residential offerings. This program helps eligible customers pay for Internet service with a credit of up to $30 per month (up to $75 per month for households on Tribal Lands). It’ll help ensure U.S. households can afford the connections they need for work, school, healthcare, and more. At this time, Optimum and Suddenlink are not offering affordable connectivity benefits on any mobile offerings.

If you already have an affordable connectivity benefit on your mobile service and want to transfer it to your Optimum or Suddenlink residential service, you can!
