The insurance is underwritten by Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Company; Asurion Insurance Services, Inc. (in California, Agent license #0B35141; in Iowa, Agent license #1001000131) is the Agent and provides claims servicing under this program. The service contract is provided by Asurion Technology Services, Inc., or one of its affiliates. The technical support is provided by Asurion Technology Services, Inc. and Asurion Mobile Applications, LLC.
