The Telco Recovery Fee is a monthly Optimum Mobile charge. It's $3.50 for each phone line and $1.50 for each tablet line. It's not a government tax.

- Costs to maintain and run our network, like leasing infrastructure and using third-party services.

- Look in the Taxes & Fees section, under Other Charges.
