To call or text other countries from the U.S., add a monthly international add-on in MyMobile. It's $5 a month for Canada and Mexico, or $15 a month for other supported countries.
Before you start
- North America – $5/month: talk and text to Canada and Mexico.
- Have our newest Unlimited plan? It already includes 300 minutes and 300 texts a month to Mexico. You don't need an add-on for that.
- Global – $15/month: talk and text to other supported countries. The minutes and texts depend on the country.

- New line? You can add a monthly international add-on once your account has been open for 14 days or more.
- Have Unlimited Max? It already includes 300 minutes and 300 texts to Canada, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.
Add international calling
1. Sign in to MyMobile.
2. Tap My lines, then choose the line.
3. Tap My add-ons, then Manage add-ons in the International section.
4. Choose the countries you want to call.
5. Follow the steps to add it.
6. Watch for a text that says your add-on is ready.
If something goes wrong
- Your first bill looks different? The first month is prorated from the day you added it.
- Want to stop? Turn the add-on off in MyMobile. It stays on until the end of your billing cycle.
