Updating your device’s software and network settings can improve your quality of service and improve your device's security. We recommend following the steps below based on your device type.
Samsung (Android)
Update your Operating System
It is recommended to connect to Wi-Fi before completing the update.

- From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray.
- Tap Settings > Software update > Download and install.
- Wait for the device to check for updates.
- Tap OK > Start.
- When the restart message appears, tap OK.
- Repeat until the device indicates that the Software version is up to date.
Update Network Settings

- From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray.
- Tap Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings.
- Tap RESET SETTINGS.
- If you have set up a PIN, enter it.
- Tap RESET SETTINGS. Once complete, a confirmation window will appear.
Motorola (Android)
Update your Operating System
It is recommended to connect to Wi-Fi before completing the update.

- From the Home screen, swipe up and tap Settings.
- Tap System
- Tap Advanced
- Tap System updates.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to update the device.
- Tap Restart Now when the update completes.
Update Network Settings

- From the Home screen swipe up, tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options.
- Tap Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS.
- Tap RESET SETTINGS.
TCL (Android)
Update your Operating System
It is recommended to connect to Wi-Fi before completing the update.

- From the Home screen, swipe up, and tap Settings.
- Tap System updates
- Tap Check for updates
- Follow the on-screen prompts to update the device.
- Tap Restart Now when the update completes.
Update Network Settings

- From the Home screen swipe up, tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options.
- Tap Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS.
- Tap RESET SETTINGS.
iPhone (iOS)
Update your Operating System
It is recommended to connect to Wi-Fi before completing the update.

- From the Home Screen, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
- After the device searches for available software updates, it will display the current version.
- Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi.
- If an update is available, tap Download.
- After the download has been completed, tap Install to update.
Update Network Settings

- From the Home Screen, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Enter the device passcode when prompted.
- Click on Reset Network Settings to confirm.
- Note: this will delete all network settings, returning them to factory defaults.
- The device will reboot.
