If I upgrade to an eSIM-compatible device, what do I need to do?

As part of the device upgrade process, you will need to choose to use eSIM. We will email you instructions on activating your service with your new eSIM.

After you get your new device, please follow the instructions to download your eSIM profile and contact us to speak with an Optimum Mobile expert and complete the activation. Following these steps is mandatory even if you already use eSIM on your old device.

Your physical SIM Card or eSIM will stop working after the Optimum Mobile expert processes the request.
