We recommend proceeding with the activation using the QR Code; you will need a second device to do it or follow the steps to activate manually.
If you are a new customer or adding a line, follow the steps to activate your service on your iPhone (QR Code / Manual) or Samsung device (QR Code / Manual).
The Activate service banner wouldn’t appear on MyMobile if your order shipped more than 7 days. In this case, you can still follow the activation steps, but skip step 2 and tap My Lines at the bottom of the page.
If you upgraded your device (device replacement), follow the steps to install your eSIM on your new eSIM using a QR Code or Manually.
