How do I add a new line to my account?

  1. Visit
  2. Choose how many lines you need
  3. Select your plan(s)
  4. Tap Shop now
  5. Tap Yes, login to my account
  6. Enter your login and password details
  7. Add a new device to your shopping cart or tap Bring your own
  8. Choose if you want to keep your current number by transferring your number to Optimum Mobile or get a new one
  9. Follow the instructions and proceed to checkout

You can check your order status on MyMobile when it is shipped. We will also keep you updated about your order by email.
