How do I create a new Optimum Mobile account?

  1. Visit
  2. Choose how many lines you need
  3. Select your plan(s)
  4. Tap Shop now
  5. Tap No, I am a new customer
  6. Enter your Optimum Internet account, or tap Skip to enter your account number later
  7. Enter your zip code
  8. Tap Continue
  9. Add a new device to your shopping cart, or tap Bring your own
  10. Choose if you want to keep your current number by transferring your number to Optimum Mobile or get a new one
  11. Follow the instructions and proceed to checkout

You can check your order status on MyMobile when it is shipped. We will also keep you updated about your order by email.
