How do I add a new device to my account?

1. Visit
2. Choose your new device
3. Select your Payment Option
4. Tap Add to cart
5. Tap Yes, login to my account
6. Enter your login and password details
7. Choose if you want a new line or upgrade your device
    - If you want to upgrade, tap Upgrade a line
        - Pick the line you want to upgrade
        - Tap Upgrade
    - If you want a new line, tap Add a line
        - Select your plan(s)
        - Tap Shop now
        - Choose if you want to keep your current number by transferring your number to Optimum Mobile or get a new one
8. Follow the instructions and proceed to checkout


You can check your order status on MyMobile when it is shipped. We will also keep you updated about your order by email.
