If you have forgotten your MyMobile password, you can easily reset it.
1. Go to MyMobile
2. Tap I forgot my password 
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and tap Submit
4. You will see a screen confirming a password reset link has been sent to your email
5. Open the email and click the link provided to reset your password
