Yes, you can update your billing address in your account at MyMobile.
1. Sign in to MyMobile
2. Tap My account at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap Personal info
4. Tap 
next to Address and enter the new address
5. Tap Save
6. Confirm your address, then tap Yes, this is my address
