Your new carrier needs your Optimum Mobile account number, Transfer PIN, and the ZIP code on your account. Contact us to get your Transfer PIN. It's good for 7 days.
Before you start
- Your Transfer PIN is created by our system for your security. It's different from the PIN you set up when you bought your service. It's not a 4-digit PIN that you choose.
- Don't cancel your Optimum Mobile service first. Your line closes when the transfer is done.
- Financing a phone? Have a financed device on that line? The rest of the device balance is due on your final bill.
