Please have the following information available when transferring your mobile number:
- Current active mobile number (you’ll be transferring this number to Optimum Mobile)
- Account number at your previous service provider (as it appears on your bill). If you’re transferring your mobile number in person, please bring your most recent bill with you.
- PIN or Password. This is an additional level of security you may have added to your account. It is required to complete your number transfer. Contact your previous provider to get this number. You can also learn how to get your PIN from AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, or prepaid carriers (Boost Mobile, Consumer Cellular, Cricket Wireless, Metro PCS, Mint Mobile, Straight Talk, Tracfone, Simple Mobile, Net 10, My Family Mobile or Total Wireless).
- Contact number where you can be reached during the transfer process (other than the number you’re transferring to Optimum Mobile). If the details you provided are incorrect, an Optimum Mobile Expert will need to contact you for the right information.
