To transfer your postpaid T-Mobile mobile number to Optimum Mobile, you need to request a Number Transfer PIN. There are several ways to request a PIN:
From the T-Mobile app
- Logs into My T-Mobile
- Select Account
- Select Profile Settings
- Select Line Settings
- Select a Request a Transfer PIN
- Follow verification steps to obtain PIN
Customers must be registered as the Primary Account holders.
From your T-Mobile mobile device
- Call 611
- Choose Request Number Transfer PIN
- Customers will be required to follow verification steps
From Retail
Customers can go to a Retail store and request the Number Transfer PIN. A valid ID is required.
